Under Section 108 of the Transport Act 2000 as amended by Transport (Wales) Act 2006 the three Mid Wales Local Authorities are required to produce a Local Transport Plan. The Plan has been developed in accordance with the Welsh Government Guidance to Local Transport Authorities Local Transport Plan 2015 (May 2014). The Plan sets out the regions intended Outcomes and Higher Level Interventions for transport in Mid Wales.
